Just got my lease from Quirk Mazda. Nami M. Was fantastic. The process was quick, easy, and pleasant. I shopped around a few different dealerships and Nami gave me the best price no games or back and forth. Come to Quirk and as for Nami.

I walked in and felt unwelcomed. They were just staring at us until a lady named Rachel approached us. It was a strange mood, I just wanted to buy a car and head out but they didn't seem to care for our business. I know the market is tight and there are no cars but at least acknowledge us. After test driving the cx30 and cx5, we left and went to honda and later toyota (where they both had better customer service than the quincy mazda).

I stopped by yesterday after having made an appointment, but faced the worst customer service I have ever seen. One of the employees was in the corner talking on his cellphone the entire time while I waited to be addressed, while another employee sat in his office and never once came out to greet us even after clearly seeing us walk in the door.
After waiting for 10 minutes with absolutely nobody caring about our presence there, it was enough disrespect for me to walk out the door.

I talked with them before going there and they provided misleading information about availability! Price! financing situation!!!
Wasted so much time and money to get there!
The salesman did not even bother to stand up while we were there standing in front of him! He remained behind his desk!!! He told us that he can sell the car at full MSRP sticker to others (well! good for Mazda! Congrats! Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with your dealership. I do not feel as though I was treated appropriately even after I purchased a $26k vehicle.
First - I was told that I could do everything online/wouldn't have to go into the dealership. COVID-19 risk. I visited the dealership on May 17, 2020 to finish buying a car and the salesperson was not wearing a mask at any time during the visit (and we were not 6 feet apart). I was wearing a mask in accordance with the Governor's Order and to protect the health and safety of other people. Multiple times, the salesperson's unmasked face was as close as 12 inches to my face as he kept looking over my shoulder as I was reviewing paperwork.

I was looking to lease a new SUV. I was made many promises before signing the lease. Once the lease was signed all of the promises disappeared. They will say and do anything to get you to buy or lease a vehicle then leave you high and dry if anything goes wrong.

BEWARE OF PHIL MCABE: I was sold a 2016.5 Mazda CX-5. At the time of "signing" for vehicle purchase, I was shown a series of extra warranty packages by Phil that included an extended 100,000 mile manufacturer warranty and a tire and wheel base warranty. This is the third time i have used Quirk Mazda to lease and car and every experience has been better then the next. This also the second time i worked with Phil McCabe. He was very helpful explaining all the new features the CX-5 had to offer and walked me through step by step.

This is my second lease with Quirk Mazda (Phil McCabe) - the main reasons I stayed with this dealership is because they always consider my time. Being in a busy schedule, they understood I needed to get everything pre-arranged so I would come in and do the necessary in the shortest time possible.
