The lease on my previous car- a 2017 Honda HR-V, was due to expire in April 2020 so I was exploring the different options on the market. I had never owned a Mazda before but the reviews I saw online and a co-worker's love for her CX-5 made me add that vehicle to my short list of potential new cars. I saw a great deal on Quirk's website and I decided to visit the dealership on 9/8 to look at a 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve. I stopped by on my way home from my mother's with the intention to just LOOK at the vehicle. I was so impressed with the vehicle that I sat down, went over numbers, and ended up picking up my new car the very next day. Remember, I was only there to LOOK but Christopher took the time to find out what features I was looking for in a car, he took the time to present options, and in the end, he helped me choose a car that I wanted to drive and that made sense numbers-wise. I didn't leave the dealership feeling like I committed to a car I didn't want or need. The team there was great and they all played a role in making the buying process fun, smooth, and stress-free. This is the second car lease that I have obtained through Phil McCabe and he accommodated my very busy schedule by having as much of the work (including choosing car model &color, financing, insurance, etc.) done by phone and email ahead of the pick up day. Because of this, I was in the dealership for only a couple of hours to finalize and drive off in my new CX-5. Looking forward to working with Phil again for my next lease or purchase.

My wife and I had just left another Mazda dealership after getting nowhere fast with the salesman and his manager. On a last ditch whim, we traveled 40 minutes to Quirk Mazda to get a deal done. If it was up to me, he would be getting a bonus and a raise for his low key excellence in handling a transaction most buyers do not look forward to. As an aside, Niman, the finance representative, was also a wonderful person to meet and handle the paperwork that needs to be done. The last time I bought a car, it took over 2 and a half hours to complete the financing end of the deal. Niman used a fraction of the time and made it so pleasant. Kudos to Quirk for exceeding our expectations in every phase of the experience.
