While travelling from Montreal to Plymouth Ma, my wife and I experienced a serious metal on metal clanking from the left, rear area of the car. This problem occurred just before the 93 tunnel in Boston. Fortunately traffic was heavy and we were able to travel at slow speed, especially over bumps. Fortunately, we were utilizing a GPS, where we were able to dial in Mazda dealerships in the area and selected Quirck Mazda in Quincy which was at the same time close and on our way to our destination. Greatly concerned with the car and the time of day - mid-afternoon on the 23rd of December, we arrived at Quirck and met with Lin Yang (the service rep) an Jeff (the mechanic). I immediately felt relieved as they were both sympathetic and ready to accommodate us right away. Jeff put the car on the lift and immediately located a broken F strut in the left rear well. He recommended changing both as the right was beginning to show corrosion also. Both these folks were easy to talk to, as you might talk to a neighbor, and very competent. I felt as if we couldn't be in better hands. Long story short the car was ready in a little over an hour, and we were on our way - extremely happy campers. Samir was an absolute pleasure to work with. I must say, I was traumatized from dealers in the past... But I felt comfortable the entire time. The test drive was both informative and fun. All of my questions were answered, with some laughs along the way. He is relatable and practical. He made it hassle free, so I could truly enjoy my car buying experience. Now that is incredibly difficult to find anywhere else.
I had a great experience at Quirk Mazda. The internet sales team got right back to me. My salesman, Jimmy Horrigan, treated me like an old friend. He was knowledgeable about the cars, and made feel comfortable throughout the buying process. I purchased the new 2014 Mazda 6 and couldn't be happier with it. I have never really been a person that likes to shop for cars. It has always been a long and confusing process. I recently visited Quirk Mazda in Quincy in search of a new vehicle. My husband and I scheduled an appointment with Ledion to come look at a Mazda cx5 . We were running a little late but when we arrived, Ledion greeted us and welcomed us so kindly. We were looking for a safe, affordable ,family car as we have a two year old child . I absolutely love the cx5! We sat down and went over what we could afford for monthly payments etc and Ledion worked hard to get us the best price possible . When looking in the car , Ledion went through every single detail about howeverything works, we were left without any questions. I went into Quirk Mazda and was very nervous about buying my first new car. I have always heard horror stories about people buying cars, so my guard was up. Well thank god I was totally wrong! The salesman that my husband and I worked with was Ledion Proto and he made our experience truly great. We went to Mazda not knowing what kind of car we wanted but with Ledions help and knowledge of all the different types, we decided on the CX-5. My husband and I have been shopping and looking at new cars online. We finally decided it was time to go in. We expected the usual car buying experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff here. Our salesman was knowledgable, polite and patient. (our kids were a little out of control). They had a great selection and we were happy with the amount they gave us for our trade. Dave Shavali one of the sales managers was funny and treated us right. We left happy with our CX9.
